Sales Representative


We are looking for a competitive Sales Representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales to achieve quotas. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.

  • Supports company operations by maintaining customer base
  • Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Reach out to customer leads
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and department heads
  • Keep abreast of best practices, standards and procedures, measuring results against standards, and making necessary adjustments.
  • Keep management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
  • Provide customer service excellence with each and every call
  • Respond to any issues and follow-up by coordinating with the appropriate departments or field units, continuously improve through feedback
  • Prioritize and organize sale calls according
  • Providing customers with pricing information and respond to any queries they may have.
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative
  • Ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent selling, negotiations and communication and skills.
  • Ability to answer multiple phone calls in a busy setting
  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
