Operations Office Manager

Guardian Glass is looking for you to join our team as an Operations Office Manager in Geneva, NY!

In this role, you will add value by providing administrative and analytical support in the areas of Accounting, Human Resources, Customer Service and Operations. If you are a self-directed individual who also enjoys working in a fast-paced environment with a transformative team, then this is the job for you.

Our Team

You will join a principle based team that focuses on transforming itself and the business.

What You Will Do

• Perform administrative duties for multiple departments
• Process accounting transactions
• Participate in the safety, compliance, and internal control efforts for the site
• Maintain record management files
• Assist with HR related duties
• Implement and monitor programs as directed and see the programs through to completion
• Partake in various projects/initiatives that will benefit our internal and external customers long-term
• Manage internal and external vendor relationships
• Perform other duties as assigned

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Experience with Microsoft Office: Excel (formatting data, graphs), Microsoft Outlook, Word (documentation creation/editing), PowerPoint (presentation creation/editing)
• Experience supporting multiple teams / leaders working as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role

What Will Put You Ahead

• Associate degree or higher in Business, Accounting or Finance
• Experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, Procurement or Finance
• Experience with CMMS, and Workplace Management software (i.e. Tableau, Kronos, MP2, SAP, MOE, Ariba)
• Experience working in a Manufacturing or Industrial environment
