HIRING OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES:
We are looking to grow our team! Guardian Home Consulting is Texas's premier consulting company. We specialize in stucco damage consultations.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and establish contact with qualified home owners
- Help guide home owners through the process of getting their homes repaired with no money out of pocket
- Maintain professional company image at all times
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up
JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Direct sales
- Conducting initial inspections with homeowners and providing the homeowner with their options and our recommendations
- Meeting or exceeding weekly sales goals
- Sales consultants will need to provide excellent customer service and follow up with home owners.
- Must be self motivated and driven to exceed weekly goals and expectations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1 year or more direct sales experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Understanding and promoting company program.
· Valid Driver’s License.
· Full time position.
· Bi-lingual a plus but not required.
Compensation:
· Successful Sales Consultants can earn upwards of six figures or greater.
· Pay structure will be discussed with qualified candidates.
