What You Will Do *:
- Analyze data to find areas for growth and improvement
- Working with all stake holders to ensure that the quality metrics is reviewed, closed, and agreed upon
- Prioritize and execute IT project tasks affecting one or multiple applications/systems
- Make the Project team aware of the Quality matrix and resolve all the queries
- Create a list of milestones and checkpoints and set measurable criteria to check the quality on timely basis
- Work with Test Engineering Leads in defining processes for test plan and several phases of testing cycle
- Ensuring all development tasks meet quality criteria through test planning, test execution, quality assurance and issue tracking
- Keep raising the bar and standards of all the quality processes with every project
- Ensure Quality standards for the scrum teams meet project defined objectives
- Motivating team for achieving continuous Improvement
What You Will Need *:
- US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal Public Trust
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years' experience in product/project management
- 5 years of experience in defect tracking tools
- At least 1 year of experience in a manager or supervisor position
- Ability to use software QA methodologies, process, and tools
- Strong understanding of best practices and industry standards for Agile software development
- Ability to analyze data and create and review processes
- Experience with product development life cycle and test cycles (e.g. unit, integration, smoke)
What Would Be Nice To Have *:
- One or more certification(s) in Agile Leadership - CSM, CSPO, CAL
- One or More process improvement certification(s)
- Experience using SQL
- Experience creating metric dashboards in Jira and Confluence
- Experience creating Agile metric reports for stakeholders
- Experience implementing a QA Framework for an Enterprise Software Project such as ISO 9001 or similar quality frameworks
- Understand code deployment into established continuous integration/continuous development (CI/CD) pipeline. How testing would differ in each step of the deployment process
- Is familiar with approach and methodologies related to customer and user experience for digital solutions
- Has experience using JIRA or an equivalent agile project management tool (i.e. Pivotal Tracker, VersionOne)
The annual salary range for this position is $130,200.00-$195,300.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
