What You Will Do *:
- Lead and manage multi-task projects of high complexity
- Assign work tasks to team members, oversee and direct team member efforts and develop, maintain, and monitor and control work project plans
- Direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and budget constraints
- Coordinate project specific parties, review and approve work products for quality, completeness, and adherence to customer requirements
- Interface with the client on a daily basis
- Deliver presentations and lead client meetings
What You Will Need *:
- Bachelor's degree required; preferred in engineering or cybersecurity
- 3 years' experience with IT/cybersecurity
- 2 years' experience with SailPoint
- Broad knowledge of cybersecurity threats
- Broad knowledge of information system technologies
- Strong understanding of and experience developing IAM principles and policies
- Experience with various IAM concepts and technologies (i.e., identity vetting, identity governance, identity lifecycle, credentialing, access control, privileged access management, role/attribute-based access control)
- Strong knowledge of key IAM and FICAM policies/guidance, including NIST 800-63-3, OMB M-19-17, and HSPD-12
- Ability to create and maintain documentation for an IAM solution, related tools, and business processes
- Ability to proactively identify future needs for IAM services
- Aptitude for working with technical and business users to gather and implement requirements
- Ability to communicate about the product and implementation at both the functional and technical level
- Willingness to learn new technologies

- Knowledge of ISO standards
- Ability to support audits
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills

The annual salary range for this position is $67,400.00-$134,800.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
