Position Title: Systems Administrator
Classification: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt
Location: 122 Wabasha St S, Ste 400, Saint Paul, MN 55107
Salary Range: $49,000 - $75,000 Annually

Purpose:
This mid to high level position is responsible for resolving IT requests, solving systems related issues & providing great customer service. (Both in person and remote)
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate desktop and helpdesk support efforts, with Guild users to quickly resolve problems and ensure all business operations run smoothly
- Install all new technology for the company, including computer operating systems, software programs, applications, new desktops & other IT related hardware
- Perform regular maintenance for our computer systems, multifunction printers|scanner|copiers
- Administer user accounts, email accounts & assign appropriate access levels and policies
- Review and recommend security changes, enhancements & other risk mitigation techniques
- Review and recommend hardware improvements, upgrades & replacements, administer hardware replacement program
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
- Ability to onboard & train end users
- Experience with cloud conversions (on prim to cloud)
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Systems Administrator, Network Administrator, or similar position
- Experience with Microsoft products, O365, Azure, Intune
- Experience with Fortinet Firewalls, VPN & MFA tools, or similar technology
- Experience with server and network infrastructure
- Experience with PowerShell Scripting
- Ability to write knowledgebase articles to a non-technical audience
- Professional communication skills with all audiences
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Education and Experience:
- Associates degree in computer science, information technology or industry related experience
Preferred:
- A Bachelor's Degree in IT, computer science, or related field of study
Additional Requirements:
- A valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, satisfactory driving record, necessary insurance
- Must not be actively receiving or have received services from Guild in the last two years
