We are looking to hire a GC Pro Inside Sales professional right away who can work remotely, at this time. The candidate must be open to and able to work in one of our call centers when they reopen in the future. The ideal candidate will be a hunter adept at developing a client base through cold calling, consultative selling, and experience with AV solutions and general knowledge of musical instruments.
Position Summary: GC Pro Inside Sales
GC Pro Inside Sales is responsible for selling audio video solutions to B2B clients. You would be responsible for establishing, servicing, and maintaining a customer base in an Omnichannel environment and you will be the "face" of our business and expected to provide our customers with the best buying experience possible.
The notes a GC Pro Inside Sales player will have to hit:
- Responsible for inside sales, developing new business, and reaching monthly quota.
- Prior experience in sales, building a book of business and managing ongoing customer relationships, preferrable in the customer verticals that we serve: House of Worship, Education, Live Music establishments.
- Advanced product knowledge to promote, recommend, and sell audio, video, lighting products, and services to b2b clients using consultative selling techniques to maximize customer satisfaction and results for new business and developed clientele.
- Articulate the advantages of our company over the competition.
- Interpret and provide accurate, and appropriate information with respect to products and services, policy and procedure, account status, marketing promotions and campaigns, and explaining billing and shipping details.
- Input all interactions with client contacts in Salesforce CRM.
- Customer focus: meet the expectations and requirements of all customers and maintain effective relationships while handling customer information with the utmost confidentiality.
- Strong selling skills: asking probing questions, overcoming objections, consultative selling approach, identifying customer needs, add-on sales, quality, and achieving metrics.
- Ability to learn new technology quickly and seamlessly.
