What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Support Technician position at Gulf Coast Health Center, Inc.?
Gulf Coast Health Center needs an entry-level IT support technician to begin immediately.. This individual is responsible for providing support and troubleshooting common software and hardware problems. Eligible technicians must work together internally with their IT staff members on projects. Current project is organization-wide equipment refresh at multiple locations. This includes physically removing, storing, and replacing equipment at numerous work stations across five locations. Travel between locations will be required. Necessary training will be provided.
Skills required:
- Critical Thinking: Simple troubleshooting ability
- Communication: Understanding IT terminology and relaying information
- Record Keeping: Documenting changes, inventory items, and configurations
- Capable of lifting at least 15 pounds, repetitively.
