Required Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry.
• 2 years of experience in management of an HVAC service or Installation department.
• Excellent computer skills to include a working knowledge of, but not limited to Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word,
• Power Point, Dispatch software (ie: Service Titan, Service Factor, Acowin), Pricing and estimating software (ie:On Call Air, Acorate, Acotruck). Ability to keep and operate a flexible digital schedule for installation crews.
• Possess excellent industry technical knowledge and knowledge of Florida and local mechanical code.
• High level of pride in quality workmanship. Ability to multi-task.
• Be in acceptable physical condition to move heavy boxes, climb ladders, operate a forklift, assist truck drivers
• when necessary, and perform normal warehouse duties as needed.
• Coordinating and scheduling equipment installation and duct work: Organize photographs and installation
• information gathered by the sales person and complete the installation packets for the installation crews.
• Meet with the sales person to ensure a clear understanding of the scope of work to be completed is conveyed to the installation crew.
• Meet with the installation crew and include the sales person when necessary to ensure the lead installer has a clear understanding of how the job is to be completed and any materials needed.
• Coordinate any and all sub-contractors needed for the job such as crane operators, equipment rentals, carpenters,drywall people, plumbers, electricians, etc.
