Senior Retro-Commissioning (RCx) Building Engineer
About Us: We specialize in energy efficiency and lighting solutions for the hospitality industry, delivering top-tier solutions for new and existing buildings.
Your Role: We are looking for a Part-Time Senior Retro-Commissioning Engineer to join our energy efficiency program.
Responsibilities:
Conduct ASHRAE energy audits, optimize HVAC controls, and perform Retro-Commissioning.
Lead RCx activities: auditing, benchmarking, implementation, and verification.
Investigate field conditions, develop energy conservation measures (ECMs), and create energy savings calculations for buildings over 100,000 sq. ft.
Write technical reports and financial analyses.
Project Management:
Develop strategies and goals for project execution.
Support technical approaches for implementing efficiency solutions.
Lead energy efficiency projects, including scheduling, budgeting, and customer calls.
Qualifications:
15 years of experience in Energy Audits, Commissioning, or Retro-Commissioning.
Expertise in Building Automation Systems, HVAC, and controls.
Strong technical writing and communication skills.
Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, or related field. PE License preferred.
