Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure that the best talent is attracted.
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, and assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims resolution.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
- Conduct investigations into employee complaints or policy violations and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions or resolutions.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
- Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers.
