We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated HR Representative to join our team. As an HR Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our human resources department. In this position, you will handle a wide range of HR responsibilities, from recruiting and onboarding new employees to managing employee relations and administering benefits. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and conducting interviews.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies and ensure that the best talent is attracted.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans, and assist employees with benefit inquiries and claims resolution.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring completion of required paperwork.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal information, employment contracts, and performance evaluations.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
  • Conduct investigations into employee complaints or policy violations and recommend appropriate disciplinary actions or resolutions.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Solid knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR-related software.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees and managers.
