Whether you want to build an agency, focus on being a career producer, or if your experience is a better fit for our wholesale model, we will train you to call, set, and run appointments virtually. We are dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and our prospective clients provide us with their information and rely on us to reach out to them regarding one of our products, such as mortgage protection, accidental, retirement planning, and more. We are looking for individuals with an optimistic mindset and a can-do attitude to join our team. Customer satisfaction is at the heart of our industry, and we do not cold call. Instead, we contact prospective clients who are looking for our help.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize the company’s exclusive warm lead program
- Contact clients who have requested protection plan information
- Gather pertinent information from the client to customize their protection plan
- Research protection plan options
- Follow up with the client within one to two days on research results either in person, over the phone, or virtually
- Consult with client on plan suitability for their specific need
- Assist the client in the plan application process
- Apply on behalf of the client to the appropriate carrier for final approval
- Contact the carrier for the status of the application
- Follow up with the client on carrier decision
We are specifically looking for people who:
- U.S. legal resident
- Obtain state life and health insurance license
- Phone, laptop or desktop computer, printer savvy
- Virtually attend weekly meetings (occasionally in person): sales training, mentorship, and business building
