We're a rapidly expanding home improvement company in need of a Team Lead to help lead our Call Center operations. As a leader of this team, you'll play a crucial role in bridging the gap between our organization and our valued customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve driving lead generation efforts, effectively addressing customer concerns, and ensuring optimal satisfaction levels.
Here's an overview of what you'll be doing as the Team Lead for Gutter Guards America's Call Center:
Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing them with information about our products and services.
Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and offer solutions to enhance their experience.
Participate in meetings and training sessions to continually enhance your skills and performance.
Achieve personal and team targets for customer service and call handling.
Manage both inbound and outbound calls, with a focus on scheduling appointments.
Adhere to established call procedures and processes.
Identify opportunities to schedule appointments for customers.
Utilize computer systems and software to track customer interactions and maintain records.
Have the potential to earn bonuses based on performance.
To excel in this role, you'll need:
Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for effective communication.
Previous experience in Call Center roles. Appointment setting experience is a plus.
A positive attitude and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
At least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
