WHAT ARE THE HOURS | THE SCHEDULE
- Hybrid scheduling opportunities
- Up to 40 hours a week with possibility of overtime
- M-F 11 AM to 7 PM OR 12 PM to 8PM (Training Hours 8AM-4PM)
- Some weekend shifts required
- Flexibility a plus
- Call Center Operating Hours are M-F 8AM - 10PM, Sa-Su 8AM - 8 PM
- Lead shifts available to qualified associates
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE
- Efficiently and effectively manage high volume of inbound/outbound calls
- Communicate effectively with prospects/customers via phone, text, and email while reading from scripts that describe our products and services
- Qualify leads and determine availability to schedule in-home sales consultations
- Meet and exceed department established key performance indicators such as quality, adherence to schedule, productivity, and/or others
- Other administrative duties as assigned
WHO YOU ARE | THE PERSON
- 1 year of customer service experience required
- Abnility to pass a background screening
- Call center experience preferred
- Home Improvement/Scheduling experience a plus
- Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
- Self-motivated and result-driven
- Reliable, Trustworthy, and Punctual
- Proficient computer and data entry skills
- Must have reliable transportation
