Duties & Responsibilities:

·         Ensures every guest has fun and enjoys their food and overall experience.

·         Prepares the freshest food to recipe

·         Preps the correct amount of food to the daily production sheet

·         Ensures recipe adherence

·         Label and dates all prepared foods

·         Prepares food orders 

·         Completes inventory

·         Team Player

·         Follows HACCP standards

·         Believes in Food SAFETY to protect the guests and team members!

·         Maintains an organized work space

·         Maintains a clean and sanitized work space

·         Adheres to all state and local laws

·         Team Member may be required to perform other duties

·         Have fun! 

Requirements:

·         Flexibility to work varied shifts to include days and nights, weekends and holidays

·         A minimum of 1 year Cook experience in restaurants 

·         Proficient in Microsoft software (Word, Excel, Outlook)

·         Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

·         Demonstrated leadership skills

·         Excellent communication skills

·         Excellent training skills and experience training Line Cooks

·         Ability to work in fast paced environment

·         Must be thorough and detail oriented

·         Ability to stand for long periods of time

·         Ability to be on call as needed

·         Ability to take constructive feedback and guidance

·         Enjoy having fun!
