Responsibilities as a Customer Account Manager:
- Build brand awareness and drive sales revenue through promoting services and further educate consumers on available products
- Acquire new clients by engaging customers with a welcoming demeanor and developing a sense of trust
- Contribute to establishing goals, strategies, and tactics to assure operational business goals are met and sales revenue is generated

- Manage client outreach development and setup between Senior Executives and Customer Account Manager team
- Support the customer support and sales department's initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking of customer account acquisition margins
- Ensure a consistent and concise message to consumers by attending daily client meetings
- Maintain a positive attitude, and promote the company image by focusing on sustaining client relations
Requirements as a Customer Account Manager :
- 2-year degree in Business, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields
- Experience as a Customer Account Management, Sales Representative, Client Relations, or other associated fields
- Self-motivated, self-starter with proven abilities and a strong understanding of sales, market trends, and the tools necessary to be successful
- Ambitious, results-oriented, and capable to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented, goal-driven, and superb organizational skills, including exceptional task and project management abilities
- Expert in managing conflicting priorities while demonstrating outstanding time management and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate versatility, adaptability, and eagerness to embrace constantly changing work priorities with enthusiasm
- Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills

Pay: $800.00 - $1,200.00 per week
