What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service position at H H Armistead Co.?
Fast growing self-storage company seeking to fill an associate position. We are looking for positive upbeat individual with a combination of sales and management skills. Part time position available from one day a week up to three days a week for one who is willing to work weekdays/weekends. We train on site with our programs. Potential to grow into more hours.
Probable wage increases every six months
Qualified candidate will have the following:
- Detail oriented person
- Punctual individual
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Office Word, and Excel
- Ability to close transactions on most phone calls
- Able to collect rent, late rents/late payments
- Accurate bookkeeping/accounting abilities
- Ability to problem solve
- Ability to lift 40 lbs
- Some maintenance, cleaning grounds/units, etc.
- Need person with "sound" transportation and good driving record for travel to bank etc.
We are looking for someone who is seeking long term employment. Someone that is serious-minded but handles pressure well in a relaxed manner.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
