The Role:
As part of our fun, energetic, and positive team, you will have daily tasks that include:
- Handle incoming chats and texts from online customers through a variety of media channels.
- Proactively reach out to customers regarding their recent experience with our dealerships.
- Work with dealership personnel to ensure customer requests are handled.
Schedule : Mon, Wed, Fri - 9 AM - 6 PM, Tues, Thurs - 8 AM - 5 PM, rotating Saturdays

What you bring to the table:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
