The opportunity:
The Regional Operations Supervisor will report to the department Manager and will be responsible with the assistance in the oversight of the department. They are responsible in working with their manager to identify and support long- and short-term goals of the team and driving, development, and employee engagement where team members are accountable for providing exceptional customer service internally and externally.
Here’s a snapshot of what you’ll do:
- Prepare and/or facilitate team meetings or meetings held with other departments in working together to collaborate on ideas, processes, etc.
- Act as subject matter experts in assisting team with escalated questions, concerns, troubleshooting, and researching.
- Coach and develop with opportunities and success by utilizing call monitoring, score cards, job shadowing, and routine observations (as applicable).
- Recommend and collaborate with the department manager on developing the skills of the team with doing tutorials, educational meetings, mentor sessions.
- Assists department manager with hiring, retention, performance development, performance management, teammate relations, salary adjustments, and termination of direct reports.
- Work closely with the lead, team members to create ways to bring in more revenue through continuous workshop sessions.
- Recommends and Partners with Regional Manager to create, maintain, update, and provide training on policies and procedures
- Perform duties of Manager as requested or in Manager’s absence
- Review key metrics to identify trends or areas of focus; work with Manager to develop, document and implement action plans, as appropriate, to address issues and ensure claims are submitted and paid in a timely manner
- Effectively manage multiple priorities and adapt to change within a fast-paced business environment.
- Takes escalated payor negotiations on outstanding balances while maintaining and building professional relationships.
- Provide education for the H-Wave home care program and explain the benefits this prescribed treatment will bring to the patient.
- Keeping up to date with current laws and familiarize themselves of the rules and regulations of each state they are handling and effectively communicate new information.

Qualifications:
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Must be proficient in Outlook, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Must be a team player, work and communicate respectfully with other departments
- 1 years of experience as an Account Settlement Representative or other related experience
