Construction firm looking for a Project Manager is passionate about building high quality custom homes and light commercial projects. The Project Manager Candidates will be responsible for providing the very best customer building experience through professionalism, creative problem solving, detailed organization, and driving your teams to meet schedule and budget expectations.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • The PM provides overall management of the disciplines of budget, schedule, and quality control of the project.
  • Will be responsible communication and coordination with the clients, company management, designers, subcontractors, tradesmen, and vendors.
  • Must be self-motivated and willing to hold themselves and others accountable to deadlines and the standards set forth by the company.
  • Ensure each and every home is completed defect free, and per applicable building codes.
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects.
  • Adhere to and promote the mission, vision and business philosophy of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and thoroughly understand construction plans.
  • Excellent listening, organizational and communication skills both verbally and written.
  • Must be a motivated problem solver, and a collaborative team player.
  • A working knowledge of all trades, building codes, and all aspects of home construction.
  • Applicants should consider this a career (long term) position.

We are looking for an employee with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and work hard. They need to be self-motivated and take pride in doing an exemplary job. Employees are required to be clean, mature, responsible professionals that can communicate, solve problems and earn the trust and confidence of homeowners.

Applicants must possess a valid drivers license, a reliable vehicle and a working cell phone. Basic hand tools such as tool belt, tape, hammer, speed square etc. are a plus.

Pay is DOE.

We are looking to hire someone who currently lives in Northern Colorado or any of the surrounding communities. All applications will be considered but preference will be given to those individuals who already live and /or work in this part of Colorado.
