Habitat America, a expanding property management company, seeks an experienced, professional full-time experienced affordable housing Community Manager for a tax credit two affordable communities in Denton, Maryland and St. Michaels, Maryland. Riverwoods at Denton and Riverwoods at St. Michaels are made up of 124 combined units. Reliable transportation and valid drivers license are necessary for this role.
The Property Manager is the face of any property and therefore it is imperative that candidates are trustworthy, have excellent customer service skills, written and oral communications skills and an attention to detail. To be considered for this position, candidates must have least 3-5 years of prior property management experience as a tax-credit Community Manager. TCS or other like industry certifications are preferred.
