Hadco Metal Trading, LLC distributes and supplies metal products that include aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel and related alloys, and plastics. Our products include plate, sheet and extensive offerings of long products for general engineering, aerospace and commercial markets.
Hadco's branches are located strategically in Connecticut, New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Kansas, Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and California. Our range of high precision cutting equipment yields precise cuts regardless of the alloy, shape or size you require. In our main hubs, you will find band saws, disc saws, stone plate saws, and shears for cutting plates, sheets and long products, with next day delivery capabilities.
Due to our growth and success we are looking to add an Inside Sales Representatives to our Bensalem, PA corporate headquarters.

As an Inside Sales Representative with Hadco Metal Trading Co., LLC, you will be responsible for the sales and growth of our aluminum, stainless steel, and related alloy product lines, along with building and maintaining customer relationships.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound sales lead calls to convert into sales.
- Develop new prospects using information from inquiries, outbound calls, trade shows, aged leads, internet sites, and other sources.
- Interact with existing customers to identify leads and increase the sales of products and services.
- Quote pricing and credit terms, and prepare sales orders.
- Estimate dates of delivery to customer based on knowledge of company production and delivery schedules.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Work with outside sales representatives to build and maintain account activity.
- Maintain current knowledge of the metals industry, including potential customers and competitors, as well as business trends through trade association events and industry publications.
Requirements
- Knowledge of the aerospace and/or metals industry strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of raw materials, production processes, and quality control.
- Ability to manage time effectively and efficiently.
- Knowledge of the principles and methods of providing excellent customer service.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Ability to apply mathematical concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
- Strong computer proficiency and working knowledge of Microsoft applications.
- High School diploma/GED required, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
