Duties:
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with the company's objectives
- Lead recruitment efforts including succession planning, HR sourcing, and recruiting activities
- Handle conflict management and provide guidance on employee relations issues
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills
- Effectively communicate HR policies and procedures to employees
- Utilize HR systems such as Paycor for data management and reporting
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive organizational effectiveness
- Work with temp agencies to fill all shifts when needs
- Manage payroll processes efficiently
