Hail Dent Pro is a leading provider of on-demand hail repair services, catering to clients across the United States. We are seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as an Sales Advisor.

As an Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our business by effectively scheduling appointments and managing our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct door-to-door sales activities to identify potential clients in various neighborhoods.
  • Promote our services and explain the benefits of our insurance claims processing and hail repair services.
  • Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule appointments for customers who require hail damage repair services. Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor while engaging with customers over the phone or through email.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and addressing customer concerns promptly and accurately. Maintain a strong knowledge of our services, pricing, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
  • Manage and update the company's appointment calendar, ensuring accurate scheduling and efficient use of resources. Coordinate with the operations team to allocate appropriate time slots for each appointment based on the repair requirements and technician availability.
  • Accurately update and maintain customer records in our CRM system. Ensure that all relevant customer information, appointment details, and notes are recorded correctly for future reference
  • Proactively follow up with customers to confirm appointments, provide reminders, and ensure their satisfaction with our services. Handle any rescheduling requests or adjustments to appointments promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with technicians and the operations team to communicate any changes in scheduling, prioritize urgent repairs, and optimize overall workflow. Foster effective communication and teamwork within the organization.
  • Meet or exceed monthly appointment setting targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) established by the company. Continuously strive to improve personal performance and contribute to the achievement of team goals.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in sales experience or customer service, appointment setting, or a similar role is preferred. Experience in the automotive industry is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally. Active listening skills are essential to understand customers' needs and provide appropriate assistance.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in managing multiple calendars and appointments simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building positive relationships with customers. A friendly and empathetic attitude, even in challenging situations, is essential.
  • Comfortable working with computers, CRM software, and other relevant tools to manage appointment scheduling and customer records. Proficiency in using standard office software and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.
  • A collaborative mind-set with the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Willingness to support colleagues and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are valuable in managing scheduling conflicts or customer concerns.

Pay: $73,000.00 - $122,000.00 per year
