What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Representative position at Hairclub?

SCOPE AND ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBLITIES:
1. Respond to incoming calls of potential clients who respond to commercials or advertisements
2. Schedule qualified appointments for prospective clients to our nearest Center location
3. Follow communication scripts and rebuttals when handling different topics
4. Maintain accurate record of client contact information
5. Maintain individual workspace and common areas, strictly adhering to local health and safety standards
and the HairClub directives/policies
6. Perform other reasonable duties as assigned

MANAGEMENT AND COLLABORATION:

  • Work proactively with Call Center Team Peer and Leadership
  • Collaborate with Center Team to ensure client’s expectations are exceeded
  • Manage high volume of inbound/outbound calls in a timely manner

KEY MEASURES OF SUCCESS:
1. Maintain confidential customer information and treat it sensitively
2. Achieve or exceeds appointment setting targets
3. Achieve or exceeds Quality Assurance targets

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) Required
  • Customer Relationship Manager (“CRM”) Experience Preferred
  • Prior Call Center Experience Preferred
  • Starting shift is 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. 5 days a week

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
