HRIS Workday Manager - $150,000 Bonus

We are partnered with a fantastic organization who is seeking a strong manager with leadership experience to join their Workday team.
You will be a crucial team member and oversee a team of 2 HRIS professionals, contributing to their success and overseeing the Workday tenant.
Daily Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for overseeing a team of 2 HRIS analysts
- Participating in the design of the tenant and implementation projects
- Serving as a lead representative and liaison between various stakeholders
- Owning, maintaining and improving vendor relationships with HRIS and its supporting vendors
- Oversees and maintaining the optimal function of the organization's internal HRIS, including database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades to applications, systems and modules.
- Collaborating with executive leadership and HR staff to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends, implements, and analyzes solutions and outcomes.
- Providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to system leads and employees.
Essential Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years hands-on Workday experience is essential
- Strong experience across the HCM suite is key
- Experience across 4 of the following modules is a must have: Workday Payroll, Time Tracking, Absence, Performance, Talent, Benefits, Learning
- You must have a minimum of 2 years leadership experience
- A background in other HRIS systems is highly advantageous
This is a hybrid role in Denver, Colorado and is paying up to $150,000 Competitive Bonus.
