We are a leading air conditioning installation company seeking both Lead Installers and Install Helpers to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for installing residential HVAC systems in and around St Petersburg & Tampa, FL.

Responsibilities :
- Install heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential buildings
- Adhere to all safety procedures and regulations
- Communicate with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the work performed
- Train and supervise junior technicians as needed
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems as required
Lead Installer Requirements :
- 5 years of experience in HVAC installation (lead installers)
- Strong technical skills in HVAC systems installation
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Install Helper Requirements :
- Mechanically inclined with a keen interest in HVAC systems.
- Possess basic hand tools for the job.
- Strong work ethic and a team player attitude.
- Ability to communicate effectively and understand technical instructions.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and ready for hands-on work.
