We are looking to add new talent to our growing team! We are currently seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Professional who will perform recruiting activities with efficiency, creativity, professionalism, and leadership.
This is a full-time virtual position.
DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will :
Drive the full-life recruitment cycle within and across identified business units.
Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the country to clarify hiring needs for open requisitions, learning their business basics to support your work in filling open positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges / universities across the country to build our employer brand for internship and campus recruiting.
- Plan and attend virtual and in-person college career fairs and events.
- Support our equity, diversity, and inclusion (EDI) initiatives by partnering with historically black colleges and universities (HBCUs), community colleges, high school programs, etc.
- Communicate in a friendly, professional, and inclusive manner with candidates.
- Post job requisitions on platforms such as LinkedIn, Handshake, and other job boards.
- Schedule and participate in interviews, prep meetings, and feedback meetings.
- Team with other HR team members to ensure that all hiring processes are compliant with company and regulatory policies.
- Partner with managers, candidates, HR, and local office administration to ensure a smooth onboarding and integration process.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with interns and drive program success.
SKILLS / EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3-5 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, specifically university recruitment
- Experience working with an engineering, scientific, construction, or consulting firm a plus
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated success in multitasking, being detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Cornerstone
- Strong Excel skills are preferred
- Strong professional drive and eagerness to contribute to individual and company success
- Ability to work independently
