Job Summary :
Hall Chevrolet GMC, located in Canton, Texas, is seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Outside Commercial Truck Sales Representative.
This is a full-time position with a base salary plus commission, in the fast-paced and exciting auto industry.
As an individual contributor, you will be responsible for generating sales and establishing strong customer relationships in the outside commercial truck market.
Compensation & Benefits :
The compensation for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 per year, with biweekly pay periods (annual compensation based on base salary plus commision).

Responsibilities :
- Identify potential customers and actively pursue leads in the outside commercial truck market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
- Consult with customers to determine their truck and equipment needs, and offer solutions that meet their business requirements
- Conduct thorough product demonstrations and vehicle walk-rounds to showcase the features and benefits of our commercial trucks
- Negotiate sales and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships
- Keep current with industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor information to effectively promote and sell our trucks
- Attend sales and training meetings to stay updated on new products, sales techniques, and processes
Requirements :
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or marketing is a plus
- Proven track record in sales, preferably in the commercial truck industry
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Able to work independently and manage a heavy workload while meeting deadlines
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Familiarity with commercial trucks and equipment
- Proficient in using technology, such as CRM software and social media, for sales and marketing purposes
