What are the responsibilities and job description for the Contact Tracer position at Hall Management Group?
HMG has openings for Contact Tracers to support our partnered Schools with COVID-19 Contact Tracing program.
The Contact Tracer will be initially trained in our office, located in Orange, for two weeks and then can work remotely. Laptop and telephony equipment will be provided.
Requirements:
- Ability to exhibit a professional, positive attitude and work ethic.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to interact professionally with culturally diverse individuals during a time of crisis and distress.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Bi-lingual Spanish a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- PC with Windows 10 and familiarity with use of CRM systems.
- Proficient with google sheets & excel.
- Must have a quiet, dedicated workspace.
- User provided home high-speed network connection.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Conduct telephone calls with persons newly-diagnosed with COVID-19 to complete case interviews.
- Provide instructions to cases and to contacts related to isolation/quarantine and symptom monitoring.
- Communicate with cases and contacts in a professional and empathetic manner.
- Collect and record information from the case interview/contact gathering into the data system.
- Follow approved scripts and protocols, provide people with approved information on state/local isolation and quarantine procedures, and if appropriate, refer them to testing according to protocol.
- Protect and maintain individual privacy and confidentiality.
- Maintain daily communication with their supervisor, as assigned.

Pay: $18.00 per hour
