We're searching for a diligent assistant to provide administrative support to the Clubhouse Manager and the Food & Beverage department. Support includes but not limited to data entry of information related to club events. Ensures accuracy of file systems and accounting procedures relating to private member and club events. Responsible for responding to all complaints and questions in a friendly and timely manner, implementing office standards to streamline their processes, scheduling appointments, and company trips, and marketing their brand through print and digital mediums. Compensation:$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to Clubhouse Manager including but not limited to correspondence, travel arrangements, scheduling, project coordination, as well iteration with members, staff, and vendors as their representative
- Answering or transferring phone calls and taking messages for select staff members
- Data entry into catering software system for events
- Follow-up with members for the signature of contracts and sort based on the date for Controller
- Works with the Communications Manager in reference to but not limited to, photographs for events for the member website, newsletter, and other communications
- Billing events as directed by the Clubhouse Manager
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
- Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner
- Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues
- Excellent interpersonal skills both internally and externally
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills

At the time, Mr. Hall sought to create a premier private club with a world-class golf course, designed by Tom Fazio and supported by a sprawling 74,000-square-foot clubhouse.
