Hallcon is a rider experience company focused on providing diverse transportation services to exciting clients across multiple modes such as fixed route, commuter, shuttles, on-demand, and microtransit.

This role includes working with the various clients and performing repairs and maintenance on bicycles.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure bikes are distributed around campus utilizing GPS technology to determine efficient distribution strategies
• Receive “Campus Bike Field Tech” certifications through the Campus Bike Tech Supervisor
• Repair and maintain bicycles to ensure rider safety
• Operate bike loaner programs,  including drop-offs, pick-up and rider assistance
• Provide End of Trip (EoT) support by ensuring riders have a place to store bikes or other micro mobility devices.

Qualifications & Experience

• Good communication skills and ability to interact with riders and clients with clarity, tact and courtesy
• Clean driving record
• Comfortable driving a large vehicle (similar to cargo vans) or vehicle with a trailer (training provided)
• Strong performer independently or in a team setting
• Must be qualified to work in the United States
• Prior experience in customer service roles is a plus
