Join our HALO Palm Valley Surgical Center as the Director of Nursing. This full time opportunity has a Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm schedule and is located in Palm Desert, CA at our brand new surgery center. In this opportunity you will directly and in-directly supervise 7-20 employees. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Qualifications:
- Must be a graduate of an accredited nursing program with at least a BSN degree and current state California RN licensure.
- 5 years proven success in the healthcare industry highly preferred.
- Experience with government agencies i.e., CLIA, Health and Human Services, CDPH, AAAHC, JCAHO and CMS and other entities that the organization interacts with.
