What are the responsibilities and job description for the Solar Installer position at Halo Solar Energy?

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels on residential and commercial rooftops
- Follow blueprints and specifications to ensure accurate installation
- Use power tools and hand tools to secure panels and wiring
- Connect solar panels to electrical systems, ensuring proper wiring and functionality
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while working at heights
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations efficiently

Requirements:
- Experience in solar panel installation or related field preferred
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and interpretation
- Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in solar installation
- Knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and electrical principles
- Understanding of high voltage and low voltage electrical systems
- Ability to work on rooftops in various weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience as a commercial electrician or in a related electrical field
- Familiarity with different types of roofing materials and installation techniques

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.64 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
