Responsibilities of this role:
Interface with Regional Representatives and Army National Staff; collect data from Regional Sites and develop information papers and briefings that support the Individual Training with staffing documents, meetings and coordinating ARIP activities in various states;
Experience managing programs and customer relationships; experience managing personnel and contracts; background in Army National Guard training management support, such as the ARIP or related programs; experience analyzing data sets and providing information papers.
Demonstrated experience in the following:
• Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE)
• Army Training Resource Requirement System (ATRRS)
• Total Army Centralized Individual Training Solicitation (TACITS)
• Structure and Manning Decision Review (SMDR)
• Training Coordination Counsel Workshop (TCCW)
• Non-commissioned Officer System (NCOES) and Officer Education System (OES)
• Duty Military Occupational Skill Qualification (DMOSQ)
• Table of Distribution and Allowances (TDA) Equipment
• Functional and Mobilization Training
Apply critical thinking to provide recommendations to document reviews and document creation.
Assist with the management of tasks assigned to the division, facilitating task movement, assessing for quality and completeness, and ensuring timely completion.
Qualifications and Skills:
Working knowledge and experience using Microsoft suite products including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint is required.
Strong analytical, time management, and writing skills are required.
A bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is required, Masters preferred
10 years relative experience in Army National Guard Training.
