Job Summary:
We are looking for a qualified Account Sales Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and overseeing sales. As a Account Sales Manager, you should work to satisfy customers’ needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to grow the business by building successful, long-term customer relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all sales and account/planning, forecasting, reporting efforts for assigned accounts.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success.
- Act as the point of contact and handle customer’s needs.
- Identify new business opportunities, obtain RFQ’s, lead RFQ process, deliver RFQ response, follow-up with customers, and communicate status of new opportunity within Hamaton
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain a strong relationship with customer base
- Understand assigned customers (processes/procedures, customer’s products and trends, etc.)
- Forecast existing business and develop plans to identify/pursue new business, and implement those plans into customer strategies and action plans
- Meet with customers on a regular basis to review pricing and design changes submitted to ensure customer confirmation/approval of pricing
- Supervise sales representatives to ensure sales increase
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth
- Assist in sales/product training
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Account Sales Manager
- Hands on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience
- Knowledge MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time
- Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
- Very strong communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong negotiator
- Strong administrative, organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple projects

Pay: $55,303.00 - $62,829.00 per year
