The candidate must be skilled in communicating with clients, providers, and opposing counsel, and do so with great enthusiasm. Additionally, they need to have strong attention to detail, follow standard procedures with great care, and have excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and negotiation skills. They need to be able to handle multiple assignments with ease, work well under pressure, and have the flexibility to assist the team in meeting client demands with a positive attitude. - Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the state bar association
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in legal research tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
- Experience in negotiating and litigating cases is preferred
- Familiarity with legal administrative processes and procedures
