What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Manager position at Hampton Inn and Suites Stillwater?
The award winning Hampton Inn and Suites in Stillwater is looking for a front desk manager. The daily functions of the job will include checking guests in and out, taking reservations via phone calls or any other means, assisting guests in whatever capacity they need and maintaining the high level of service at the front desk. We are believers in making each and every guest's stay unique and memorable. In our front desk manager we would be looking for someone with those same core values that can also be a reliable and steady constant presence to assist both guests as well as the other front desk team members. No previous hospitality or management experience is necessary.
The position is a full time position that will require weekdays with your days off being on Monday and Tuesday but weekends on Saturday mornings and Sunday mornings are required. Also important to note that weekends and holidays will be a requirement as well as the ability to have flexible hours as needed. This position is more suited for an applicant who has graduated from school as the hours are not conducive to being able to work around school schedule. We are a locally owned and operated hotel and we are looking to continue our growth and excellence.
