Relief Night Auditor
Brief: The relief night auditor will assist guests with general information such as reservations and handle overnight request. Will assist with breakfast preparation. He or she will be the main person to interact with guests during the overnight hours. The night auditor will process the audit. This shift is 11 pm - 7 am, two days a week. Must be able to work any day of the week, which includes weekends and holidays. Candidate must be trained on all shifts to be able to work the audit shift.
Duties:
· Properly acknowledge all arriving and departing guests with a smile and a positive attitude. Provide courteous and professional service to all guests.
· Accurately check guests into and out of the hotel.
· Make reservations.
· Maintain a neat and orderly front desk area.
· Resolve guest issues and complaints to the guest’s satisfaction.
· Compute bills and take guest payments for lodging and services and accurately make change for cash transactions.
· Follow all Hilton and NAMAN directives to ensure guest, employee, and corporate cyber and physical security and privacy.
Requirements:
· Applicants must be honest, customer-focused, reliable, friendly, and a team player.
· Hilton knowledge preferred.
· Must be able to act as manager on duty.
· Applicants must be able to read, write and speak English, other languages are a plus.
· Ability to compute accurate mathematical calculations.
· Must be able to work from 11pm-7am any day, including holidays and weekends.
*Must be able to adapt to change and resolve guests' situations without getting upset.
