- Supervise a dedicated front desk team
- Assist in several accounting/financial functions as it relates from the front desk
- Work to ensure product and SALT scores are maintained
- Train in all areas of the property’s operation
- Act as the Manager on Duty in the absence of the General Manager
- Ensure safety and security of the property, staff and guests
