Spa Associate

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa - Bee Cave is hiring for a part-time Spa Associate- around 20 hours a week with required night and weekend shifts. You are a critical link in ensuring that our customers' experience in our spa is nothing other than OUTSTANDING! The primary Qualifications and Requirements of this role include, but are not limited to:

Spa Sales Associate Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to members/guests
• Welcome and greet members/guests upon arrival
• Manage point of sale system- answer phones, book appointments, ring-out transactions
• Sell memberships, gift cards and upgrades
• Follow proper procedures for electronic forms
• Promote health/wellness benefits of massage therapy and esthetic services
• Maintain a clean work environment & appearance
• Positive, energetic mindset
• Team player
• Spa opening and closing duties
• Daily spa cleaning and maintenance

Spa Sales Associate Job Requirements:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a professional appearance
• Technical skills to train and manage our Point-of-Sale system
• Ability to handle stressful situations professionally and multitask with ease all while focusing on the guest

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
