People Operations Manager to lead our HR department and ensure our workforce is
engaged, motivated, and aligned with our company culture, values and goals.
We are in startup mode and are looking for someone to help us grow. Within the
next few months, we will have 100 employees. We anticipate rapid growth
this coming year, and potentially acquiring existing businesses.

Role Description: The People Operations Partner is responsible for overseeing the human resources
function for Hang10 Car Wash including but not limited to acting as a culture warrior that helps create,
develop, and maintain a high standard of excellence as well as an atmosphere that reflects the Hang10
brand. The People Operations Partner will report directly to the Executive Team and will operate as an
extension of their leadership.
Duties Will Include:
- Creating a first-class orientation program that successfully integrates new teammates into the
Hang 10 culture.
- Ensure a positive employee experience by promoting a culture of inclusion, diversity, and equity.
- Advising, maintaining, and developing company policies that help achieve leadership goals in
growth, recruitment, retention, and development.
- Ensure the company remains in compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
always.
- Sourcing, implementing, and administering company benefits that create a competitive
advantage.
- Connecting the people and processes of the company to help hit company strategic targets.
- Overseeing HR vendors such as HRIS, brokers, and any other 3 rd party associated with the people
operations function.
- Creating a dynamic and efficient recruiting process that will target high-talent individuals who
share company values.
- Analyzing trends and metrics to ensure people processes are efficient and effective.
- Consulting with management to proactively identify potential issues by proactively addressing
compliance issues.
- Developing a training and development program for employees.
- Working with the Executive team to develop a clear and compelling employer brand to help
recruit and retain Hang 10 employees.
- Establish the value proposition of a career at Hang 10 through transparent career pathing.
- Help establish and manage new hire onboarding processes and materials.
- Other duties as assigned.
Key Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 5 years as an HR Manager or Business Partner required.
- Proven experience developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results.
- HR certification preferred.
- Successful track record of developing HR functions.
- Excellent people, management, and communication skills.
- Analytical and goal-oriented.
- Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
Compensation:
- Base pay range of $80k
- Performance Incentives/bonuses
- Equity Share Plan Eligible
