We are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst I - Remote who will specifically support the Regulatory Operations team. Provide support developing and compiling information on Business license, Medicaid, Medicare, changes in statute as a result of the Affordable Care Act, coordinates the administration of the credentialing process for all Hanger employees who require hospital access, in accordance with the standards of the various credentialing vendors, hospitals and contracted payers.
Your Impact
- Draft, review, and submit state and federal credentialing supplier number applications for Hanger facilities.
- Support state healthcare regulatory research and tracking of state programs to include: Medicaid, business licensure, DME Licensure, DMEPOS changes.
- Track and coordinate work submitted to Medicare/Medicaid/State Licensure boards.
- Applies for renewal and new business licenses for Hanger locations as dictated by state and local regulations.
- Researches and resolves issues and inquiries from government agencies as related to job duties.
- Work with appropriate business units to ensure timely review of submission materials.
- Processes licensure and credentialing invoicing/payments.
- Coordinates required background screenings and drug tests in support of hospital credentialing.
- Completes all contracted payer credentialing and re-credentialing requests
- Assists with due diligence work related to mergers and acquisitions.
- Manages the oversight and dissemination of all correspondence
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or equivalent
- Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience.

Pay range of $26.40 to $39.60 per hour annual bonus: up to 5% of base pay depending on bonus criteria. This pay range is posted to comply with wage transparency laws. Hanger salary ranges vary based on skill, ability, knowledge, geographic location and other variables.
