Requirements:
This is a highly independent and autonomous role. Position is well-suited for a focused student who wants to study on their downtime
- Ability to work without direct and constant supervision while remaining at the assigned post for extended periods of time.
- Strong leadership and effective communication skills
- Exceptional time-management and ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (weekends)
- Must have own vehicle and ability to commute
- High school diploma or higher
- At least 1 year of customer service experience
- Must have weekdays open and some weekend and night availability
Weekday Shifts
- (Opening) 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- (Closing) 3:30 PM - 10 PM
- 1 PM - 8 PM
- 10 AM - 3 PM
- 3 PM - 8 PM
Weekend Shifts
- (Opening) 9:30 AM - 3:30 PM
- (Closing) 3:30 PM - 10 PM
- 10 AM - 6:30 PM
Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers with warm enthusiasm and answering questions promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Educating customers on different Happy Head products and services and provide recommendations that are best suited for the customer’s needs
- Answering phone calls and responding to appointment requests, changes, and cancelations.
- Promoting Happy Head services, promotions, deals, and retail.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and serene work environment.
- Directing a team of massage therapists and ensuring their appointments are on time with the booking calendar.
- Anticipate and correct potential scheduling errors that may interfere with the calendar flow
- Process transactions and handle cash and credit card payments
Job Type: Part-time
