Position Summary:

We’re not solving a small problem, and we’re not addressing a small market. We’re going after returns—the part of online shopping that consumers say they hate most.

As a Revenue Enablement Manager, you will be a strategic business partner and act as a core part of ensuring continued success and scalability across the revenue organization. You will partner internally, externally and across the UPS organization to enable, develop and implement a comprehensive training strategy leveraging integrated content, coaching, and best practices. You will ensure cross functionally our internal teams are aligned with other teams within the organization.


Role:

  • Internal Enablement
    • You’ll contribute to the development and delivery of training at an onboarding and ongoing level, customized across the Revenue organization
    • Setup recurring UPS training sessions for Happy Returns Revenue Organization to educate the Happy Returns team on UPS org structure, services, process, strategy and people
    • Drive sales training by reviewing sales calls, and organizing sales training programming with frameworks such as SPIN, MEDIC, Challenger, negotiation frameworks and other popular methodology
    • Your efforts will support Sales, CS, Product Marketing and Marketing to ensure training and enablement deliverables are aligned with company strategy and business objectives
    • Align with Product, Operations, Sales, Success, Revenue Operations, Marketing, and other key team members to ensure that teams are working toward a shared strategic vision
    • Share internally updates from other parts of the UPS organization and from partners that may be relevant to internal resources
  • Intercompany Enablement
    • The primary objective of this role is to build bridges with approximately 20 UPS sales teams by organizing ongoing enablement sessions and driving frequent communications regarding progress toward shared sales goals of Happy Returns and each UPS team.
    • Desired outcomes of this work is hardened working relationships and a high degrees of trust between Happy Returns and each relevant UPS sales team. When the UPS sales team helps Happy Returns significantly accelerate growth because UPSers better understand why, when, where and how to engage Happy Returns, this role will be successful.
    • This role will help UPSers develop a common understanding of Happy Returns’ value proposition and differentiators among UPS’s portfolio of returns solutions. Shared objectives, key actions/initiatives, ownership and timelines to enable UPS sales to support the growth of Happy Returns are required components of frequent communications.
    • This role will work with Happy Returns sales reps to coordinate, produce content for and lead recurring enablement sessions with sales teams inside UPS. Content will include how Happy Returns works, value proposition, differentiators, co-selling case studies, rules of engagement and progress toward shared goals.
    • Communicate the value proposition of Happy Returns to the UPS teams and participate in the building of materials/tools that support the selling process
    • Collaborate closely with Product Marketing in the training, launch and adoption of products with clear positioning of our go-to-market strategy, and proven marketing tactics
    • Hold ongoing trainings with various teams to ensure they are aware of Happy Returns and how it benefits their clients
    • Plan, promote, and host monthly Revenue Lunch and Learn program featuring relevant business topics while also extending 1:1 coaching to team members where applicable
  • Partner Enablement
    • Create a structure for onboarding a new partner to ensure their teams are aware of Happy Returns and the value it brings to their merchants
    • Hold ongoing trainings with external partners to make them aware of Happy Returns and how the product continues to innovate
    • Plan, promote, and host Lunch and Learn programs featuring relevant business topics to external partners
  • Common Tasks, Tools Required:
    • Ability to build an effective training / enablement program
    • Build and maintain a repository of on-demand learning assets such as videos, presentations, and other resources
    • Use an existing or onboard a new tool to facilitate the ongoing enablement of internal and external teams


Requirements:

  • Keen understanding of UPS org structure, people, process, tools is a plus
  • 5 years experience in an enablement/training role for a logistics and/or SaaS company
  • Has a strong background rooted in eCommerce and/or retail
  • Passion for the problem Happy Returns is solving and interested in learning the world of returns and reverse logistics
  • Excellent group facilitation skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to quickly earn trust and tailor training approaches to diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in enablement trends, technologies, and methodologies, with a strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design
