Happy's Market Convenience Store is a new convenience store opening across the DFW area. We are looking for friendly individuals with smiling faces and a willingness to assist. We are looking for Managers and Store Clerks, both Full time and Part time shifts are available. All shifts available (Weekday, Weekend, Day, Evening, and Overnight). We are looking for reliable, dependent workers with their own transportation and the ability to commute to other locations if needed. A new up and coming Gas and Market Center are coming to neighborhoods across DFW!

We are looking for Friendly Faces and Positive Attitudes!

Wages: Salary, $40,000.00/year (based on experience)

FT available with possible OT

PT shifts available with hourly pay.

Must have reliable transportation.

Must be flexible and reliable, with a willingness to assist!

Must pass background check and drug screening upon offer of employment.

Requirements:

• Proven successful experience as a retail manager
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Customer management skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer Service (Maintain a welcoming attitude, always smiling.)
• Reliable transportation and able to commute to multiple locations if needed.

Duties:

• Prepare daily reports (open and close shift reports)
• Charge purchases to customers’ credit cards (Provide customers with receipts)
• Dispense Correct Change
• Maintain coffee fresh all day
• Check photo ID of everyone under age 27 who attempts to purchase alcohol or cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, and electronic nicotine
• Operate price scanners
• Dispense lottery tickets
• Collect and dispose of trash outside (including parking lot
• Clean gas station bathrooms
• Operate price scanners
• Sweep and mop floors
• Restock ice chests/coolers
• Restock merchandise

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability

COVID-19 considerations:
All employee's are required to wear a mask. Must be proactive in sanitizing work area.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

• Spanish (Preferred)
