Harbor Nissan is seeking an Office Manager to join our team! Must be very detail oriented, flexible, well organized and possess strong written and oral communication skills. Full-time position in a family-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Solid understanding of A/P, General Ledger, Budget Comparison, Balance Sheet
  • Manage insurance certificates/docs for all contractors & vendors.
  • Work with CFO on Financial Statements and various reports .
  • Bank and credit card reconciliations.
  • Process loan and mortgage payments.
  • Work with CPA on tax related obligations. 

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Proficient with MS Office products
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Must be able to work well independently
