Office Manager Job Description
-Conduct office receptionist duties and front office operations (greeting visitors, answering all incoming calls, taking messages, online and paper filing, mail)
-Oversee flight school enrollment process (legal forms, scheduling, payments)
-Use Quickbooks daily for basic bookkeeping services, print monthly statements, answer CPA requests
-Collaborate with Chief Flight Auditor on faculty, students, schedules and coordination
-Keep website, social media, Mail Chimp updated
Experience:
-Basic knowledge of aviation
- Associate's degree in business administration or related field preferred
- 3 years of experience in office management or related field preferred
- Ability to work as a team member in promoting Respect and Excellence
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, basic knowledge of bookkeeping and Quickbooks
