Operations Coordinator
Summary:
Coordinates activities between the office and the warehouse. Job duties may vary based on business needs.
Pay: $25/hr
Primary Responsibilities: Other duties may be assigned & responsibilities vary by location.
Office Duties
- Coordinates customer deliveries, addresses product complaints and attends to special requests.
- Receives product into ERP System (checks quantity, price and freight cost.)
- Oversees ticket processing responsibilities, including pick ticket, order planning, delivery ticket, & BOLs.
- Assists with transfers and bleach production in ERP System
- Back up for Purchasing stock material
- Helping with customer orders – regular & direct ship (back up)
Warehouse Duties
- NACD Document Coordination. Responsible for complying with and executing NACD regulations.
- Maintains NACD reports and files on equipment maintenance.
- Responsible for activities such as verification of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling and disposition of materials, and keeping warehouse inventory current.
- Assists in unloading and loading of trucks.
- Cycle Counts of warehouse inventory, checks for proper labeling and storage.
- Inspects physical condition of warehouse and equipment.
- Back up driver for vacations/sick time
- Responding or managing hazardous waste spills and incidents based on the site’s emergency action or contingency plan.
- Moving materials up to 10 pounds
Education and/or Experience:
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- 1-3 years related experience and/or training
- Or Equivalent combination of education and experience
- ERP System Experience- Preferred
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
- Forklift Certified preferred
