What's the position?

Hard Rock Digital is looking for a Senior Integrated Marketing Manager to lead coordination & execution of marketing campaigns that excite, engage, and inform Hard Rock Bet macro and micro-communities. You'll be responsible for working cross-functionally to drive Integrated Marketing Campaign efforts, overseeing coordinated execution of sportsbook campaign planning, inclusive of brief development, workback timelines, and through to execution and measurement.


You’re a master tactician that can manage multiple stakeholders to success in a fast-paced environment, with proven experience driving campaigns. You’re a master at working backwards and navigating ambiguity. You have incredible cross-functional communication and come to work with a healthy dose of curiosity. You are intellectually curious, yet grounded in audience narratives, insights, and macro-culture research.


You will become an expert on communities in sports betting and in the Hard Rock Bet product and create campaigns that serve them and drive loyalty to our brand. Ultimately, you will contribute to building, growing, and expanding the best brand in gaming.



What are we looking for?

The role reports to the Director, Sports Integrated Marketing & Partnerships.

  • Drive best-in-class campaigns and community marketing programs by partnering with cross-functional leads - including Paid Media, CRM, Social Media, Web, Creative, Operations, Insights, Product, and more - to develop integrated marketing strategies to grow Hard Rock Bet’s user base
  • Lead the development of strategic go-to-market briefs and comms plans
  • Drive campaign calendars, work back timelines, and major milestones/delivery dates
  • Project manage creative asset development with internal and external partners
  • Drive channel plan creation with Media stakeholders
  • Collect and route creative assets to marketing leads for campaign reviews and approvals
  • Organize and traffic final assets to partner teams for campaign deployment
  • Collect post-campaign data from the Analytics team, synthesize, and report
  • General upkeep of project management tools, documents, and landing pages
  • Understand the needs and beliefs of sports fans and sports bettors and develop campaigns that serve them
  • Be the “voice of our community” - highlighting our opportunities, identifying and representing their challenges, and creating solutions
  • Remote Position working EST time zone hours


The ideal candidate will:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 7 years proven professional experience at a Sportsbook in a relevant role
  • A collaborative approach to problem-solving and are a team player
  • Self-starter and ability to navigate ambiguity - you don’t need a lot of direction to “dig in”
  • Exceptional organizational skills - you don’t let things “slip through the cracks”
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Comfort sharing your voice informed opinions & perspectives to drive diversity of thought
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, high-energy environment
  • Have a passion for sports and sports betting; category knowledge
  • Experience in real money gaming industry
